Important Information Before You Submit

🔍 Evaluation Process
Once we receive your graphics card, our technicians will thoroughly test and evaluate its condition. We check for:

  • Proper performance and functionality
  • Overheating or fan issues
  • External damage or tampering 

💰 Payment Process

After evaluation:

  • If your card passes inspection, we’ll issue the payment via UPI within 2–3 business days.
  • If the card is faulty or not as described, we may return it or offer a revised quote.

📦 Pickup & Shipping

We currently support:

  • Self-shipping: You send the GPU to our address.
  • Pickup (selected locations): Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup via our courier partner.

📦 Packaging Requirement (IMPORTANT!)

To ensure your GPU arrives safely:

  • We only accept cards in their original retail boxes.
  • This helps prevent damage during shipping and ensures safe handling.

⚠️ Submissions without the original box may be rejected
